By purchasing a product or service from Kimprint Creative, you are agreeing to our Sales and Refund Policy.


Kimprint Creative accepts all major credit cards and Paypal.


Kimprint Creative will email you a receipt to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.


Digital Downloads and eBooks

There are no cancellations, refunds, or returns issued for digital downloads or ebooks.  No exceptions.

Web Design Services, Graphic Design Services, Video Design Services, Social Media Services, Coaching Programs, & Consulting Packages

There are no cancellations, refunds, or returns issued for web design services, graphic design services, video design services, social media services, coaching programs, or consulting packages.  No exceptions.


If you have chosen a payment plan for your project or you are a website maintenance client, monthly invoice reminders are sent 5-7 days before the due date.

Your credit card will be charged for the initial payment upon purchase.  The remaining payments are automatically deducted from your account based upon the payment plan.  Your card will be charged according to the terms of your plan level until your balance has been paid in full.

If your payment is not received by the due date, all work on your project will cease immediately.  Payment not received within 15 days incur a waiting fee of $77.


We endeavor to describe and display the Service as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the Service, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.
